Saint Raphael's Church.

...but from the 41st Street side the purple building is actually part of the church. I'm just guessing but maybe the building's side wasn't embellished with architectural style -- it's just a flat wall -- perhaps in anticipation of newer buildings that will eventually rise and block that side anyway.
